i’m shara

(pronounced share-uh)

I am a neurodivergent person with over 20 years experience supporting other neurodivergent people.

I have a graduate degree in special education and I have worked as a special education paraeducator, teacher, and department head in addition to my time as an executive function coach. I loved working in the classroom (and I was really good at it!) but coaching is where I really shine.

My clients really benefit from my lived experience in addition to my educational and professional background. I am thoughtful, non-judgmental, and understand neurodivergent brains and habits from the inside out.

I am equal parts compassionate and analytical - I love working with people to break down their obstacles to figure out what’s really getting in the way and then using that knowledge to come up with realistic and functional solutions.

This practice is focused on supporting adults struggling with executive dysfunction or dysregulation. I also coach kids and teens over at Academic Ascent and do consulting work with Monarch Wellness and Psychotherapy.
